Our task was to develop a state-of-the-art handling system for the production of ABS plates. By working together with our customer and taking their specific requirements into account, we created a customised solution that enables efficient and safe production.

The handling system was developed to optimise the entire ABS sheet manufacturing process. It includes automated processes for handling raw materials, mixing ABS granulate and additives, moulding and curing the sheets and packaging the finished products.
